"We had an issue with our furnace popping a breaker. Roberto was sent out by Heart Heating & Air to investigate. Roberto did a thorough check of our HVAC system. Roberto concluded the issue was indeed electrical. He was not able to troubleshoot since he's not a certified electrician. However, while checking our system, he found the A/C drain in the furnace clogged with Miller Moths. Had he not discovered the clog, the system could have shut down due to an interlock that senses water backing up in the drain tube. Plus, he took the time to educate me on other aspects of our HVAC system. Greg, Heart's electrician, came up and fixed the issue the next morning. After he got done, he took the time to visit with us for a few minutes, telling us about his Mom, Grandma and upbringing in Puerto Rico. He had us in stitches, laughing about his experience being raised there and telling us about his dear Grandma. We also discussed Puerto Rican food, which we knew nothing about. We'll check it out after visiting with Roberto. Roberto knows his business, he's very professional and has a "GREAT" personality. He seemed like a longtime friend more so than a HVAC technician here for a job. We've had a lot of interaction with Heart after having a new A/C, furnace, humidifier, HEPA filter, electrostatic filter and whole house fan installed. The system as a whole is awesome and all the technicians we've had in our home for the installs and follow up have all been consummate professionals. All have been respectful of our home, wearing shoe covers as they come in the house and most of all, I can tell they all enjoy what they do. "I cannot express how happy I am with the team at Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric. My house had Aluminum wiring in it and I called around looking for a team of people to rewire the entire home in a tight time restraint. Justin came out to do the estimate work and explained all of the options that I had. He was very professional and treated my home as his own. Justin and his team (Kurt, Devin, Zeb & John Jr) worked diligently to ensure the entire project was completed on time. The team treated the house with respect and would ensure that I was satisfied with everything before leaving. Some highlights of the teams performance are below -Covered all furniture with tarps to ensure they would not get dirty -Wore boot covers to protect my floors (wood and carpet) from getting dirty -Vacuumed and swept the areas that they worked -Informed me well in advance to any power outages that I would have during the project time -Worked outside in a blizzard to complete the job before the time limit -Shoveled my walkway when it snowed while I was at work -Gave recommendations on what I could do in the home (Adding outlets for wall mounted tvs, adding lights above the shower that was previously dark, installing ceiling fans) which were all included in the budget. - Took the time to answer any of my electrical questions and they were more then happy to show me what they were doing. Once again, I cannot express how happy I am with the team that worked in my home. I will definitely use them for any future projects I have in my home and would recommend them to anyone looking for work."

"Brandt was on time and professional through the estimate and install of my hot tub disconnect. He showed me multiple options of how to get the wire to the disconnect so that I had the most unintrusive piping. He explained and tested the safety functions so I had a good understanding of the safety. To finish the job he swept, vacuumed, and caulked all finished work. Would recommend 10/10"
