"Came out next day to repair or replace gate valve. When replace was the option, I was able to use home adviser information to lower the initially quoted cost. I opted for a ball valve instead, and when the plumber did not have on truck, he obtained one from Home Depot and effectively replaced the defective gate valve."

"Roberto Ortiz Prestamo did an excellent job replacing our water line. We're very happy with his work. He replaced the plastic line with a copper line. The work was done quickly and accurately. We look forward to working with him in the future for any of our heating and cooling needs. We highly recommend him and his company!"

"Kieth Croft, Plumbing Tree owner, did an amazing job replacing the old clay sewer pipes with 21st century plumbing. I highly recommend Plumbing Tree/Kieth to anyone needing work done professionally & quickly."

"Our hot water heater went out recently. It was 12 years old, so we knew we needed a new one. It took quite a bit of research to find a reputable company that didn’t have exorbitant prices. Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didn’t.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. ( way overpriced), etc. Finally, we found an excellent smaller local company. We went with Pure Water Services in Loveland. They’re honest, reasonably priced, and absolute pros. They were able to get us scheduled for a new hot water heater within days . Their master plumber Patrick was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. Patrick is an impressive and experienced plumber. Alexander keeps in touch daily with every step of your project repair. I was impressed with how kind, and professional he is to customers. We are so thankful to have hot water again. They stand by their work. My husband and I highly recommend them!"

"Company made the whole process easy and affordable. Crews were very respectful. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs."

"pricey repair......I was not pleased with the up selling of some program they had-something about a monthly fee and not having to pay for future repairs. It was a turn off for sure. However they were timely, neat and tidy, polite. The other plumbing service I have used through Home Advisor didn't try to sell me other features."

"Great experience, the Halo 5 water treatment system was installed in one day and they hauled off the old whole house filter and salt water softener systems for us. Explained what was going on throughout the process of the install and did a great job protecting floors before any work started. Would definitely recommend Tipping Hat for any plumbing needs."

"we had them repair a pinhole leak in a copper water line. They were prompt and did good work, but pretty expensive.....$420. for less than an hour's work."
