I told him to enjoy his trip and made an appointment for the following week. I had several options but decided on a new deck. The most beautiful two-tone Trex Deck was created which can be seen on their website. Rocky Harbor and Spiced Rum trim. Additional projects were also done for us. Two small upper decks, railings, stairs were replaced. Flat top roof over a room addition, painting and all the other little things we can't do anymore that I needed done. "So great. Great and quick communication and quick service. Came and did what they said they were gonna do and had it done BEFORE they said it was going to be done. There was no time wasted. Guys came in their company cars, worked, took their lunch, came back and continued until days end. I was quite impressed with the amount of work they completed and how well they did it. The owner came to check on the job and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. We have had a lot of work done at our house over the years, and they are by far the most efficient, clean and professional. This was a patio replacement. We had an old steel patio and they replaced it with a stunning white aluminum patio, with two fans and an attached gazebo with carriage lights. It is stunning. They went above and beyond on design. The price was also comparable to other estimates i received for just the main patio with no gazebo. So I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Will definitely have them come back to do a full backyard remodel."

"The job was originally quoted by David Paul late in 2012 after another painter failed to show. Unfortunately, the weather deteriorated and it was impossible to complete the job last year. We contacted them again in March 2013 and requested they requote. Price growth was very modest, reflecting a small increase in the cost of materials. Once the weather improved, the job was scheduled for June. They used a non-toxic stripper and none of the plantings around the deck suffered. They were able to complete the job to the agreed schedule. There was no incidental damage to house siding or trim. The decks looked absolutely beautiful when complete; they actually looked better than they did when the house was new in 2010. It was a pleasure working with David Allen Construction. <br />"

"Michael came and measured the kitchen carefully and told us it would take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.  The cabinets arrived on time at the four week mark, and everything looked great.  One drawer didn't match the others well, and they immediately took it back and had a replacement drawer ready in two days.  Their prices are great and once the cabinets were installed by my contractor they fit perfectly.  I am very happy with the result."
