"Marcos is a busy man. Once we agreed on a price he put the job on his calendar. This was a small job of painting old cement blocks with the goal of waterprofing. He did a great job and even came back to do a third coat on the old blocks. It now looks great. Marcos also painted the floor to complete the job. He will work you into his schedule when possible. "Matt told me that I would be a week out for an aeration but when he had a mowing job in the neighborhood that day he called to see if he could come a week earlier. I greatly appreciated him being proactive. He was careful about the buried lines for my invisible dog fence and kept the patio/driveway/walks clean. Great job!"

George was willing to work with the ideas that I had for building the fire pit and patio.  He was very responsive during the project when I would stop him and ask questions, or suggest a different way to do the layout and design.  The patio and fire pit turned out nicely.  On the lawn work - seeding, mulching, leveling - I felt that George was trying to get done and get to another job, and maybe didn't spend as much time and care as I would have liked.  If you hire him for a job, be aware that he is pretty much a one man show, and is sometimes slow to respond to emails and calls, and can get behind schedule quickly when the weather is bad.

This was a big deal purchase. This one I was not satisfied with. I was not here when they came and I am not 100-percent sure that they cleaned all the gutters.

"Bill did an excellent job for us.  He was prompt and explained why he was doing some of the work he did as the work on the exterior of the front porch was more involved then at first thought.  Everything he did turned out well. There was another job on our list that he did not feel he could do the job as we wanted it done so he found us someone that could do the job and that went well too.  We are very pleased with Bill's work and will definitely contact him again when we need more home repairs done. The job took most of a couple of days. Bill always cleaned up the area before he left the site.
