Fast forward to 2023, no refund and no return call or text. I have reported them to the Indiana Attorney General as well as the BBB. They are a horrible business at best, scammers at worst, either way stay away if you don't want to have your 50% deposit stolen."

So I called the second time later that Thursday and that same person tells me that her phone has been deleting appointments. So we schedule another appointment for Friday, the 24th at 12pm, again a no show or call. My work schedule had me working mid nights this week and I stayed up waiting for nobody to show. Most businesses I've dealt with had a calendar for appointments either hand written or on a computer print out. Not a happy customer, how can anyone recommend this company with poor customer service?"
