I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job, I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He was very responsive. He designed the whole layout of the basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. "What a thrill to have discovered this superb contractor! We had a 3-room remodeling project (living room/dining room/library and hall) that other contractors had low-bid on -- with insufficient understanding of the project's scope. Andrei videotaped the project and developed a detailed scope of work that met our requirements exactly. The work included removing wallpaper, painting (including ceiling that slopes from 8' to 18'), installing wainscot, fixing floors, installing electrical boxes, installing new wallpaper, etc. Each of the 3 teams he brought in were extraordinarily competent, friendly, organized, and meticulous. The wallpaper and flooring work in particular is beyond perfect! We will be asking them back next year, to gut and model a bathroom. These guys are GREAT."

"Sean the owner was much more than just someone there to rip up the old decking and lay down new planks.  He thoroughly explored the deck framing and recommended improvements so the deck would remain structurally sound for another 20 years.  Once he gave us a price, that was pretty much it; he found he needed to do some work he hadn't anticipated he just charged minimal amounts for additional materials. The labor was just absorbed into the original price.  His team's workmanship was very good.  Long story short, I've already recommended Atlas to my neighbor."

"Very well. Robert explained the work they would do and he coordinated tile, plumbing and countertop replacement. We had an early 80's kitchen that needed help but we didn't want a major renovation. They updated our cabinets with new, larger doors, painted the frames, added soft-close hinges, and constructed a new cabinet to replace a built-in desk. New backsplash, granite countertops, and hardware. Their work was a superb value and we're pleased with our new "bright" kitchen!"
