I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were in regards to pricing and timeline of the whole project. Not the cheapest of the contractors I got quotes from but their labor and materials came with warranty and 1 day installation was worth the cost. Plus, their quote was still a bit cheaper than other well known national brands that offer similar service. Highly recommend Renken!"

From the initial consultation to final walkthrough everything went smoothly and pretty seamlessly. Erkay is a fabulous project manager and was available onsite daily to assist Ismar and team as well as field any questions (even by text). Ismar and his team tackled everything from demo, tub installation, tile, plumbing, countertop installation, cabinet installation, hardware installation PERFECTLY. Those are some of the hardest working guys I have ever seen. I was impressed daily. Everything turned out amazing, we can’t wait to have them back to do another bathroom. Highly recommend. Cost is about on point with what it should be."

Andrew did a great job explaining the details of the project to me and communicating with me about the project expectations and goals. Additionally, along with his team, Andrew rerouted plumbing and electrical, placed tile on walls and floors, installed a custom shower pan, they installed a brand new free standing bath tub, and made sure everything was done properly and to last. They went above and beyond when they used the remainder of the tile to perfectly craft the floor molding to seamlessly flow with the tile on the floor and walls. "We hired Peter Michael LLC to install crown moulding in our new Pulte home in Verdana Village in Estero, Florida. They consulted with us on the scope of the job and the moulding style. They came across a few challenges since the wall to ceiling wasn't quite 90 degrees in some areas and had to use their prior experiences to work around the issues. They were meticulous in their work and the job looks awesome. Peter and his son were pleasant to work with and their prices were competitive. They protected the flooring and I covered the furniture outside the bathroom where they staged the work. There were communications and delivery issues and completion was delayed, which is why I didn't give 5 stars."
