"Stephen was prompt in coming to the house for the initial inspection.  After receiving the estimate, I asked about making some changes and another estimate was received the next day.   <br> <br>Some other estimates were not able to include the changes I requested and/or did not use products that were as well rated as the products used by Mold Drs.  No other estimates offered a lifetime transferrable warranty. <br> <br>Technicians removed 1900 sq ft of moldy insulation, sprayed to kill the the mold on joists and sub-floor, spray sealed the entire crawlspace and finally installed new insulation and vapor barrier. <br> <br>Because of drying time required, the entire process took a while, but it was not rushed and done properly. Crawlspace looks and smells a whole better.  I would definitely recommend their service."

He covered his shoes prior to walking on the carpet, he examined all the carpet areas prior to the cleaning and inquired about difficult stains and spots so he could concentrate on these areas specifically. He was knowledgeable and informative about products offered to assist in cleaning the carpet , but was not pushing about purchasing anything. He was efficient ,conscientious and polite . I would recommend this company and have previously used them many times. "
