"Because I had a service contract with them they were quick in responsiveness but I was disappointed to learn that my service contract only gave me a $25 discount and that the water heater that they gave me is highly rated but they did not present me with any options to choose between. They kind of said here is what you are getting. I think it would have been cheaper to not use the company I had the warranty with and purchase and then have someone else install it. The only advantage to using this company was that it got done on the same day."

And he didn't look professional as he came in an older model car without any printing to indicate his business. What makes this review diffulcut is that I want to give higher marks for the work that was done since we have not had any problems to date but the fact that even after they called to set up one last visit to tie up some remainig concerns they never showed up and this makes it diffulcult to have positive feelings. Questions about the supposedly HOME SURGE PROTECTION system and WARRANTY and how to handle any future issues regarding it have never been explained or paperwork supplied. When it is so hard to reach the boss it creates  an environment of distrust be it real or imagined.
