He was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. What we hoped would be an easy quick fix was in fact not in the cards for us. He helped us understand our options, how the A/C unit functions and although he had other calls came back the same day to install a new unit and coils. Although I’m not thrilled with having to replace these items, I am thrilled that it was James who did it. They’ll then install metal bracing, legs, brackets, the ceiling duct register, ductwork, power, and thermostat wires.
