"They were the first to respond to my inquiry and had a tech out the same day, Charles, I believe. He was very pleasant to work with, gave me several options and I chose to have the unit replaced. Garage door works smoothly and quietly now, and the unit has a camera feature which is a nice bonus. It's a little pricey, and should have included the exterior pin pad."

"Clayton, was very professional. He first took the time to look at the door and run tests. Once he figured out what the issue was he brought me out to take a look. In my case there were a couple of options. My garage door and equipment are old. He said he could easily make the repair, but noted the age of equipment. Then he told me he could also completely replace the mechanism that was failing. I had him replace it. The garage door goes up and down effortlessly; also locks easily. A very knowledgeable person and I loved the fact that he explained everything."
