"I am so grateful to Grandview Construction for our beautiful, new kitchen and master shower! They also painted our entire first floor including the trim. Our experience with Jeremy and his wonderful crew was A+mazing! Their workmanship was excellent, and Jeremy was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. The crew was friendly, professional and clearly experts at what they do. One of them has almost 30 years of experience in the industry. Jeremy and his crew provided many helpful details about the project from start to finish and was quick to let us know if any issues arose. When they had to make any adjustments they explained the reasons and were very patient in answering all of our questions and since this was our very first kitchen remodel we had a lot of questions. The project was completed on time and stayed within the very fair competitive estimate he gave us in the beginning, and we could not be happier with the gorgeous finished product. We will work with them on any other project we might do on our home, and I would recommend Grandview Construction without any reservation to anyone who is looking for a dependable and honest general contractor to work on their house."

"Very good. Jim gave us a quote and told us the extent of the work his crew would have to do. He also advised us up front that until they opened up the drywall, they could not be 100% sure there would not be more than the initial estimate. There was a little, but he did not try to gouge us and it was a fair price. His guys did a great job, and they left is as clean as they could. He also repaired some issues we found behind our wall that were not part of the initial problems. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this type of work."

"Some of the best service I’ve ever had from a contractor. My decking has been done with thorough attention to detail - it’s so sturdy you could dance on it! Excellent value for the money. Very professional communication. Tim is a rock star!"

"I can't say enough about A P Builders and how absolutely wonderful they have been from start to finish. We completely gutted and remodeled our home and Angelo was upfront, honest, timely, and everything that was contracted was done to perfection. We had crew there every day from start to finish. He started on time and finished on time. Any change orders were handled professionally and solutions were found for any unforeseen challenges due to the age of my home. I highly recommend AP Builders for any of your home improvement needs."

"This pro did a great job! They completely renovated our 99 year old home. They tore out and replaced everything inside, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and even the old, out of code wall studs that were discovered when the walls were taken out. They replaced all doors and windows as well to give a seamless look inside and out. They also added needed accessibility features. Outside, Imperial 1 replaced siding on the back porch and garage, replaced the garage roof, replaced a sagging sidewalk, and cleaned up the exterior bricks. They worked with our lender's consultant, appraisers, inspectors and the village building department to give us a beautiful new home on time and within budget. The owner was in contact throughout the process and continues to answer questions as they come up. The owner is honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend this pro."

"The workers did everything asked of them. Cleaned up my area so well you couldn't tell they worked in the very same area!!! Will use and recommend them to anybody. Great job!!"

"Matt completed a multiple room renovation in my house, which included a kitchen, breakfast area, 2 bathrooms and a family room with a new vaulted ceiling! I absolutely love the new look of my home and it could not have happened without Matt and his team! I sincerely thank him for treating my house as if it was his own and I could not be happier with the results!"

"We have once again reached out to Joe Kim at J & K Home Improvements when we had a new project planned. We were completely satisfied when we replaced our siding and roof with Joe. Now Joe and his professional crew have replaced all our windows . There are never surprises or additions from when the job is quoted. Once again we are totally satisfied and delighted with their work!! It has been a stress free experience each and every time."

"I hired Tait and Tait General Construction to do multiple jobs in the last six months. He put new soffits and gutters. He also put new siding on my garage. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him to do remodeling or any sort of construction for your home!"

"They have guys that do selling. Those guys don't have anything to do with the rest and I'm kind of sick of dealing with them. From the construction aspect, they do a great job. The quality of work is great. I wouldn't use them in the future."
