"Coaty & The Crew installed a new wooden deck at my house in Lexington, Kentucky. This area has very strict building codes but they were able to build the deck nicely and pass all city inspections. We ran into a few issues, such as having to make modifications to the footers, but they were able to quickly fix all of these unforeseen issues and build a good quality deck. I highly recommend them and will call them for all my future deck projects."

"They showed up when they said they would and listened to my changes during the building of my decks. They gave an honest estimate and did the job correctly and right on budget"

"You mean there are other deck companies around??? If you are looking for a plain square deck or sunroom, do not call American Deck & Sunroom! Jim Topolski has one of the most creative minds we’ve ever experienced! We first used Jim when a storm took out our a portion of our deck. What a blessing! Our “ho hum” deck became a show stopper. Next we screened in a porch with Jim. Last year we added on to that screen room and basically told him to “do whatever he wanted”, within budget of course! It is amazing! He did things we never even imagined! This year he took out our old 30 year deck and replaced it with TREX. Need I say more?"

"I was nervous when making a selection of who I should use to build my detached garage. After having 3 other companies come out to giving pricing I contacted Scott, Mark and the crew from Americas Best. I became fast friends with project manager Scott as he determined exactly what I wanted and gave feedback on things I had not even considered. He and Mark gave me onsite pricing I could not refuse and started the work soon after. The garage is everything I hoped for and more, when my neighbors ask who built it I’m proud to point them to Americas Best! I hope to have them build a deck for me before winter!"

"The work was performed superbly! Lend-a-Hand hires extremely professional, talented, and skilled workers who helped us create our forever home. Bud Nichols was on-site 3 or more times a week, answering any questions, providing design assistance, and on top of the job the entire time. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend this company to anyone!"
