And these reviews helped me to contact Pristine. The reviews were written in a way that I saw and experienced personally the good things about Pristine Construction. My wife and I were impressed from the start. Nathan and Mike listened to our needs and tried their very best to fulfill them. In my opinion, the crews and staff are the best in their field of expertise. Throughout the project, not only our 1950s-built house had kitchen upgrade, but also had other upgrades done. These other upgrades were done without sacrificing the timeline of the project. My family are all thrilled with the result of the project. I am proud and right in choosing Pristine Construction. "Wanted to take a couple minutes out of the day to say thank you to SoCal Builders&Design particularly to our contractor, Ilan. He did a great job completing our ADU conversion. Ran into a major hick up due to the whole COVID19 issue but he kept us informed and ensured that work did not stop once construction started. Ilan kept us informed of how the whole process was going to be from start to finish. He did not go over our set budget and numbers didn’t change from what our initial contract was. Even after the job was completed he continued to follow up to ensure everything was good and ensured that he sent out his workers for any small issues that may had come up. Ilan was a very friendly and reliable person. We are very grateful for his help with this home improvement project. And of course thank you for following COVID protocols definitely a must with these times."

"We interviewed many contractors for this job. In the end, it boiled down to the good rapport with Nathan. On the plus side, his work is beautiful and his workers always showed up as promised. He never quibbled about some concerns we had throughout. But, we were up sold some work, (which we likely needed anyway) but were under the gun to make a decision and had to haggle under those conditions. Also, he sometimes requires multiple messages to get a response. Overall, very, very pleased with results and recommend to anyone."
