"We lost hot water on Friday evening. We decided it wasnâ t an emergency, but we did want to get the process started to replace our water heater. I checked Agniâ s list on Saturday and a few referral names came up. I was contacted by CORE MECHANICAL within a short time the same day. I explained our issue with Tanya and she set an appointment. She was very professional and we related to each other quickly. I received 2 other inquiries on Monday morning, but they were not available until later in the week. Loren contacted me, came to my house and made his recommendation as well as gave me a quote for replacement. I was a bit shocked with the price quote because of info Iâ d read online, but realized it had been old information. We talked easily about a number of subjects and he was very courteous as well as explained the process clearly. Levi came as promised today, Tuesday, and with an assistant completed the job including cleanup and hauled away the old (25+ year old water heater) within an hourâ s time. I was very satisfied when hot water was available very soon after that. I greatly appreciate all of the employeesâ professionalism, courtesy, efficiency and communication. I highly recommend this local business."

"Summit plumbing was fabulous from start to finish on my project. I hired them for a tub to shower conversion in my condo. Bob (one of owners), and Tyler did such a great job and were extremely easy to work with. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. When done, I had a minor problem with water leaking from the pivot shower door. The day I called, Bob was at my house within the hour and came again the next day when the issue wasn't initially resolved I'm happy to say he fixed the leak and I'm very happy with my new shower. Everyone I worked with or spoke to on the phone was always very helpful and responsive. Fantastic customer service. I would highly, highly recommend Summit Plumbing and would hire them again. "Ryan came by to see what we wanted them to do.  Explained everything the job would entail. Matt gave us a bid I thought was very reasonable. Gave me a choice of several dates they would like to begin. We agreed on a start day and time and they were here at the hour and day we agreed upon. They did a great job overall.  I thought Matt and Ryan worked well together. They were both very friendly and polite. They cleaned up very well when they finished.  Very impressed with the "trenchless" water line replacement that they did. They made it easy for me to patch the sheetrock that was removed.  Would hire them again.
