The day I called, Bob was at my house within the hour and came again the next day when the issue wasn't initially resolved I'm happy to say he fixed the leak and I'm very happy with my new shower. "He worked hard to try and get the old water heater working properly but age of the unit was to much for it to continue. We had him install a new unit and within an hour or more we had hot water. I would not hesitate to rehire if I were to need more work done. He is a hard worker and seems to be a person who is satisfied only when the job is done and working properly"
