"We bought a house that was built in 1979. Our multi-faceted home face lift project is on-going. On a ballpark guess, I would say that we have another two weeks or so before we are done. Overall, Mr. Handyman of Vancouver, WA, Matt is our assigned technician, has preformed with professional excellence. With many projects still to be done, we have requested that Matt be our assigned technician. Matt is a multi-talented pro and a perfect fit considering the varied tasks that he has completed and those still on our long list. You can't go wrong with Mr. Handyman of Vancouver."

"Mike was awesome to work with! Everything was done on time, very nice looking and worked with me every step of the way. Fence looks amazing, Gate is built solid and is aligned perfectly. Would absolutely work with him and his team again!"

"Alexsey really stands out compared to all of the other construction companies we have worked with over the years. He is on time, does what he says he is going to do, does it quickly, and for a reasonable price. We are very pleased with the staircase railing he installed and would definitely hire him again."

"I really appreciated being kept informed of progress or any delays! Would highly recommend. The team was always considerate and professional."

"Dave and his crew were the best. Dave's estimate was not the cheapest, but the time he took to explain how he planned to do the job and the products he would use was far superior to other contractors. Dave and crew's attention to detail and close coordination with us was outstanding. I am very pleased with the outcome; truly a quality job well done!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Precision Painting and Construction. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and paid close attention to every detail. The painting turned out flawless — clean lines, perfect color matching, and the finish looks amazing. They also handled some construction repairs before painting, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Communication was clear throughout the entire project, and the crew always showed up on time and left the site spotless each day. It’s rare to find a company that takes such pride in their work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled painting and construction contractor, I highly recommend Precision Painting and Construction. I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects!"

Highly recommend working with them for any renovation, we will definitely be using them in the future for any projects we have."

"I cannot speak highly enough of Tom and Brad Green of Colonial Restorations. We have lived in our antique house for 16 years now, and like most old homes, some of its previous repairs were good, some not so good. Tom Green worked on this house for its previous owners, and his work was, by far, the best in the house. So, we continued to use Colonial - Tom, then Tom and Brad - as we learned the ropes about caring for an old house - our first house, old or new. Over the years, they have replaced sills and posts and beams, and rebuilt parts of our loose stone foundation. Most recently, they replaced the last original posts in our basement, (one of which was a tree trunk still with bark on it), including pouring new custom footings, in advance of our finally cementing the dirt floor. The work here is never easy - nothing is level, nothing is square - but the Greens' end result has always been beautiful - strong and made to last. Their prices are fair and without hidden costs....maybe not the lowest bid you might get, but you know it's a real bid that they will stand behind. They triage projects for us, giving us an idea of what other items will likely need attention in the next few years. We're not done with this house yet....we've never won the lottery, and there's always another repair..... and plan to use them again soon. I feel confident knowing that the next owners of this house, whoever they might be, will see the quality of the work and know that we cared enough to have the right people help us with the ongoing repair and maintenance of a 275+ year old house. I am a real person, a real customer, with no ties to the company, and was more than happy to write this review."
