"Quality electrical work can be expensive, so it's hard to judge the value you get. Bottom line, the job was expensive but professionally done. I had two lights that suddenly stopped working and had no idea what the problem was. As with other companies, Seatown did have a charge to analyze and diagnose the problem, so there was no free estimate. They also inspected the whole circuit board and checked for compliance with current electrical codes and checked another electrical glitch. Taylor determined the problem and I had him replace the faulty GFI outlet and give me an estimate of cost of replacing the main circuit box. He also installed a new light fixture that I had purchased to replace the older fixture that I had damaged in attempting my earlier repair."

"Bel-Red was quick to answer our call, schedule an initial diagnostic appointment and then a furnace installation consultation meeting. All representatives we encountered were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. At no time did we feel pressured to go with Bel-Red, they simply pointed to examples of wear in our system and reasons to consider replacement versus repair (the latter being cost prohibitive based on the age of our system). Once we decided to replace they provided us many options to consider so we could make an informed decision. Although we plan to use them again when it comes time for our new system’s annual maintenance, their duct cleaning services was quite pricey when compared to other companies. In summary, if you’re in need of professional and knowledgeable heating company advice and service with regards to furnace maintenance and installation, I highly recommend considering Bel-Red; we were very pleased with our experience."

Job was completed quickly and satisfactorily. Service people were friendly and explained what was required and how they were going to fix the problem. "I spoke to Danika Plumbing at 8:30am re: replacing my broken HWT& Dustin & his coworker (wish I remembered his name) were at my home at 1:30. It turned out to be a complicated replacement due to the previous bad installation. The space was tight so they needed to retrieve a different HWT than they had in their truck & I'm extremely happy with it. Dustin also custom reconstructed all the venting to the furnace & sealed it properly as well as created attachments to the wall which it previously didn't have. All in all, this was not just a standard replacement & took much longer than expected but Dustin & co-worker handled it efficiently & with skill. They really care that it is all done right.
