This was a historic home and they were very respectful in maintaining its historic nature. John was very good and timely in communicating issues they found…needed new wood, etc. Cleanup was excellent and the new roof looks great."

"Tom S. Was extremely curious and on time for our appointment! He did a thorough inspection and measurement of our roof providing us with several pricing options. We were ready to replace our roof and were provided sample brochures to select our color from. Tom answered all our questions concerning differences and warranties available. The ELO office and Tom provided us with timely notifications of when our materials were to be ordered and a request to verify the colors just to be sure there were no mistakes. The materials were on site in a week, with a dumpster. The crew showed up just like they scheduled with us and performed the removal and reinstall in two days. They cleaned up immaculately and ran a magnet around the house to pick up any nails the tarps didnâ t catch. All of the crew from delivery to install were courteous and kind. For us we would definitely recommend ELO Roofing to anyone. Great value, great quality."

"The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top).The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."

"Found Sentri on Angi. Jeanette and Violet were very pleasant and efficient in getting a contractor to me in the time frame needed. The contractor was excellent and the roof looks great! I would definitely work with them again if I had additional projects."

I reached out to Jackie and she rallied the troops (while she was on vacation!!) and got someone from her team to rush over and caulk a compromised spot on the roof, which kept us dry until the new roof was put on. I can’t say enough great things about the whole team!"

Lechler's came out the next day, replaced the splash guard that he had installed because the correctly colored item hadn't arrived at the time of the initial installation. Not the only did he replace the part, he blew off leaves from he entire roof at no charge! We have received positive comments from our neighbors on how well they look. I've encouraged them to use Lechler gutters for their homes, too."
