"It was discovered during a fireplace insert project that the flashing around my chimney was installed incorrectly and leaked causing the wood to rot. Ganser came, matched the siding and did the work to replace all the wood etc. It looks great and the fireplace insert project commenced without a hitch. They were professional, courteous and, although were booked months out, actually were able to come earlier than expected. THEN Marc came and did an "Aloha" meeting with me to see if I had any questions or concerns. I will definitely call them in the spring to fix some siding problems (not related to their work)."

"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."

I think they were "fishing" for more money, hoping someone would forget they paid the bill and think "Oh no, didn't I pay that bill?" and pay it again. The second bill was for a different amount. Phone calls have gone unanswered and so have emails. I suspect something is not right with this company and I'll stear clear from them in the future."
