"when the day arrived for them to treat I had it a whole home ready as they asked everything pulled away from the baseboards I went ahead and flipped over the couches and tore off the black matting even though they didn't instruct me to do so also backed up all of her clothes even though they also did not instruct me to do that we went ahead and put plastic covers over all of our box springs in cloth mattress covers over our mattresses. Levi showed up with the owner and they look pleasantly surprised when they saw how the house was organized for them. They were very polite explain the process told us what we could do and what we could not do post-treatment. They were Beyond polite they treated our whole house within an hour and 30 minutes and was very thorough with the chemicals that they used. Also I might add the pesticides that they used did not have any ill effect on me and my family no one got sick IE puking no one had fever like chills and no one dealt with just a general feeling of being unwell like they did each previous time I tried to treat the house on my own. It's been 3 days and none in the family have gotten bitten. I have seen zero live bugs since the treatment. They're very polite treated every room in our house and even the garage. And my dad was here since he was the one who gave me the chair with the bed bugs in the first place and he wanted to help and also watch their work and he was very satisfied with how they went about their business. My dad always mentions that he was an ex-cop for Bradley County to anybody who wants to listen and they actually provided a $50 discount on what I already thought was a generous deal when compared to the other pest control company prices. If I could I would give them a hundred Stars The Professional, polite, punctual, and understood that we were on a budget up front and did everything they could to get the price point better than we could have ever imagined. They said if we start to have issues again because bed bugs are so difficult to get rid of they will do a follow-up treatment for a discounted price as well because my father is a retired police officer. If I ever have any bug issues they're going to be the first people I call for the rest of my life as long as they're in business. the price on listing below is with the police force discount and we also did a lot of work ourselves inside the house so they didn't have to prior to them coming so keep that in mind."

"If I have a problem inside Cook's Pest Control would come in and spray, but if I don't have any problems they won't come in unless I ask them to. I don't have any problems with them and I usually have the same man come out every month. He usually gives me a call a couple of days ahead of time to tell me when he's going to be here which I find to be good. They are very punctual."

"I began hearing scratching in the wall of the bedroom and continued to hear it for four or five days. It occurred most often in the early morning and at night. I was then away for four days. When I returned, I could smell the dead animal in the wall. When I went to bed, I had to spray the room heavily with deodorizers. I called Matt Hawkins at A+ Wildlife Control before I left, and he agreed to come when I returned. He was very responsive and willing to work with my schedule. The first time I could be at the house after my trip long enough for him to do the work, he came. He called because he was going to be 15 minutes late. (He had called several times earlier as we were trying to make an appointment to let me know where he was and that he couldn't finish the job he was doingin time to get to me.) I really appreciate a workman who considers my schedule as well as his own. <br /> He arrived on time and went right to work. He moved some furniture and was very careful not to break anything that was on top of a dresser. He asked for a garbage bag to put on the floor where he was going to drill the hole for his tiny little camera, so there would be no mess to clean up. I had envisioned a hole about a foot square, but he put his little camera through a hole about 1/2" in diameter. He located the dead mouse immediately. He drilled a hole 2 1/2" x 3 1/4", put on a glove and put his hand through the wall and lifted out the dead mouse. He wrapped up the mouse, the dust from drilling the hole, and the used glove and disposed of it. He said in about 24 hours the smell would dissipate. (It was somewhat better in an hour!) <br /> Then Matt climbed up in my attic and searched it thoroughly. He determined that this mouse had been up there, but there weren't signs of other animal activitiy. He went under the house and found a nest with an adult and two babies. He actually caught them with his hands (he said he'd never done that before) and put them in a milk jug to take away with him. He searched around under the house and didn't see signs of other animals there. <br /> Matt walked all around the house, checking for tree limbs that might be touching the roof where mice could get in, and he checked behind all the shrubbery and plants around the foundation for openings (and I have a lot of plants). He made good suggestions about preventive measures to take to try to keep other mice from coming into the house through the attic or crawl space. <br /> Matt is a pleasant person to deal with. He is very neat and clean in his work. I aprpeciate his promptness and his consdieration in letting me know when he will be late. I will willingly call him again if I have other animal removal needs. <br />"
