"I had a fantastic experience with the team from Rick's Custom Fencing & Decking, specifically the dynamic duo of Felix and Felix Jr. They installed a vinyl privacy fence in my backyard which was a bit tricky (on top of a retaining wall and had three gates). Felix and Felix Jr were extremely professional and courteous. They didn't leave a mess as they were working, and were 100% respectful of me and my property at all times. They had several minor questions throughout the build and paused their work to get my feedback; they clearly communicated what my options were at several key points, listened to my opinions and needs, and then continued with the build. As a woman homeowner, it means a lot to me that they listened and respected my feedback and input. I couldn't recommend this team enough - I would absolutely have them out again to do more work at my house if I needed it. The one painter with experience had to stop what he was doing on several occasions and help the other one out. Needless to say the job progressed slowly and I called RSU and told them about this.
