Mike and his team were a pleasure to deal with during the whole process. They showed up on time every morning and were very neat. Mike came out promptly and assessed the situation, explained in detail what needed to be done, and provided a competitive quote. One of Mikeâ s attributes, is his line communication. Unlike many contractors I have dealt with, Mike will always respond to your text or voice mail. Thereâ s nothing more frustrating than trying to reach a contractor whose voicemail is full and wonâ t respond to texts. Mike was always quick to respond to all of my inquiries. During the installation my wife and I had a few change of plans from our original thought process. Mike was very accommodative in making the changes we requested and also made sure that we were happy once he completed those changes. The greatest compliment to Mike and his team came from another contractor who was interested who bid for the job as well. After the deck was completed he stopped by to view and critique the finished product. After inspecting the deck for about 10 minutes he said, â Iâ ve got nothing bad to say. "Entire experience with Dino and his crews was great. We put in a permeable paver walkway, and he crushed it. He worked hard on the front end to make sure that the product that we were installing was one that we wanted for the aesthetics that were going for and him and his guys worked hard during the installation to make sure the details were all correct and the product was what put in right. "Quinlan Construction repaired my mom's step and installed a handrail. I was very pleased by the initial customer service that the owner provided. He was polite, respectful, punctual and expressed concern about my elderly mother. He also seemed knowledgeable about the repair work that we needed on the steps and in other areas of the home. He quoted a price that I thought was a little high, but my mom used the company because of the customer service aspect. The workers were professional and punctual and they did a good job of making the repairs. They consulted my mom to explain what they were doing and asked her about her preference about the design and height of the handrail. They made a few cracks to the plaster on the wall when they installed the handrail. No big deal, but I think they could have patched them. My biggest problem was the lack of customer service after the repairs were made. The workers said that we would receive a receipt after the check cleared. The check was cashed the same day and I have called, texted, and emailed the owner to request a copy of my mom's receipt. The repairs were done on April 25, 2017 and I have not gotten a response. Also Quinlan was going to provide an estimate to do other major repairs and that has not been provided. All in all, I'm glad that Quinlan did the repairs, but I'm frustrated, disappointed and perplexed by the lack of follow-up. My mom has a lack of trust about workers because they often don't do what they say that they are going to do, and now we have to search for another construction company to do the other repairs."

Frank is very skilled and professional, willing to explain everything, and very helpful with tips to save money. He wants to make sure his customers are satisfied. When I asked, he gave me help and suggestions on staining cabinets. I expect to hire him to do some painting in the future for us."
