"They did a great job replacing and securing old drywall in our garage. They installed an electrical outlet which works perfectly but his suggestion, to make it easier, was to use BX which is not code in the area. Luckily I knew that because my parents would have gone with it unknowingly. I definitely wouldn’t hire them for carpentry work. We had a prehung front entry door put in and screen door reinstalled. We ended up having to have someone else come out and redo the job because they installed it so out of square that you could see daylight and the screen door wouldn’t close unless you pushed it with all your weight. They didn’t replace the interior trim or the piece of flooring they pulled out. They did a good job installing the peephole, mail slot and handle. Would recommend for small jobs but nothing too involved. Definitely not electric or carpentry."

Mike and his team were a pleasure to deal with during the whole process. They showed up on time every morning and were very neat. Itâ s nice to know thereâ s still a contractor out there with integrity. I found Mike on Angieâ s List and reached out to him based on his reviews. Mike came out promptly and assessed the situation, explained in detail what needed to be done, and provided a competitive quote. One of Mikeâ s attributes, is his line communication. Unlike many contractors I have dealt with, Mike will always respond to your text or voice mail. Thereâ s nothing more frustrating than trying to reach a contractor whose voicemail is full and wonâ t respond to texts. Mike was always quick to respond to all of my inquiries. During the installation my wife and I had a few change of plans from our original thought process. Mike was very accommodative in making the changes we requested and also made sure that we were happy once he completed those changes. The greatest compliment to Mike and his team came from another contractor who was interested who bid for the job as well. After the deck was completed he stopped by to view and critique the finished product. After inspecting the deck for about 10 minutes he said, â Iâ ve got nothing bad to say. These guys did a great jobâ . Iâ m now going to have Brassil Construction renovate other parts of my home."

"We recently hired Dino and his crew to replace two decks and handrails in the front with TimberTech composite. Dino and his crew are like a family. They all worked together well and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. Long days for them and several times I was telling them to â go homeâ , lol. They were great to work with and were always professional and listened to any concerns we had. If something wasnâ t quite right they would fix it. Weâ ve had workers here many times, but these guys were the neatest in regards to cleaning up debris and garbage. The finished product is beautiful and we are very happy with the project.
