Get matched with top tankless water heater installers in La Grange, IL

"Tankless water heater went on the fritz last Monday. Submitted HomeAdvisor request for quote and Rob called almost immediately. Took some pictures of the old unit and plumbing and had an all in reasonable estimate. They came out next morning (to the city no less) and installed new unit in a few hours, explained everything and tested and was within estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional. Have great hot water on demand. Wife is very happy as our old Eternal tankless struggled ever since we moved in 3 years ago. Very happy with the recommended Navien and installation from RA."

"They were very responsive and able to replace my water heater quickly. I was given several options for the replacement. Lenny was excellent"

"It couldn’t have gone better! Carl was experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, he smelled gas which is why he replaced the valve on my water heater. It was a great visit!"

"My old hot water heater died, and a friend installed a new small 40 gal tank. But I never had hot water after that. I also had a leaking lead pipe. Patrick came and had to be a sleuth to try to determine the cause of the missing hot water. The tank was too small and not functioning, but the real problem was a crossed pipe somewhere in my 1890 house. He found the pipe location in the basement and put in a shut off valve, which gave most of the house hot water. He also put in a high quality 50 gallon tank, and repaired the leaking lead main. To completely fix the hot water, it will mean opening walls, so we left a small 1/2 bath sink and attic sink to be fixed at a later time (or not....).. This was all around Easter, but he put in long days to get it all done."

"The job to replace water heater was done well overall. They claimed that an additional plumbing job was mandatory and that they would not proceed without that. There was no way for me to verify whether this was mandatory or not. I had requested them to wait for me to review the additional work (I drove home while they begun the job). I may have been 3-5 minutes late and they were gone. I requested that I would appreciate if somebody comes by and shows me the additional work and the cost justification for it."

"I originally spoke with the owner Patrick Lorenz,, who gave me an idea how we should approach this problem. I thought I needed a tankless hot water heater, which is very expensive but he gave me an alternative that I’m happy with. I had a tankless hot water heater in the past and that’s all I knew about getting instant hot water. The system he set up for me is just as good and cost pennies on the dollar compared to tankless. Might not be good for everyone, but it’s served our purpose. And I’m 100% satisfied I would highly recommend Lorenz Plumbing to anyone looking for a professional job and save a few dollars."

"Tankless water heater system installation is new to me and decided to save gas usage with an on demand heater w a 15 yr warranty that has a much longer useful life"

"Installed Heater and replaced some iron piping to copper not charge."

"Tim and his team exceeded every expectation I have. I am an educated consumer of home improvement services and have contracted for numerous projects over the past 10 years in a 100 year old bungalow. The TDH team was the easiest and by far the best to work with of all contractors. They responded within an hour to my initial request and was on site the same day to inspect the site and assess my needs. We discussed numerous options at all price points and decided on a complete replacement of the water heater, hot water heat boiler and the piping. I had final quotes in less that 3 hours and they responded within hours with any question I have. They were able to schedule the work within 2 weeks. The On-site team of Chris, Bernie, and Zeorge also installed a two zone system with computerized controls attached to two smart thermostats. The work was scheduled to 2 days of on site activity. The team arrived exactly on time, 7AM,on the scheduled day. They laid down drop cloths and 100% of all debris and trash was removed. They were completely done by the 2nd day, on schedule. When the work was done, the job site was spotless, Chris did the walk through and review of all the new equipment, answering every one of my numerous questions. The work was flawless and neat. Very professional. Tim, Jim, and his team set the standard for how contracting work should be done, from the first contact through the end of the project."

"Two technicians showed up. Very curious. Found the cable connecting the water heater to the wall outlet loose."
