"The process is set up to totally benefit Anthony & Sylvan. They had 100% of my money 5 months before completion. My pool designer was excellent although many of the items we discussed and included were not completed until I constantly contacted Project Manager. One specific item never was done at all. The project scheduler did her job very efficiently - but again A&S procedures are not designed to benefit us. The project manager DID NOT LISTEN. He had little knowledge of construction (I had to point out broken electrical conduit so it wasn’t buried in broken state). They have different people handling each aspect of construction and often it felt as if there wasn’t any communication between them. When they got here they would ask me what the other person did or said!! The pool is great and A&S has been around for a long time which is why I went with them. I’m glad the process is over but feel as if I should have been on the payroll with all I needed to do."

"Worst Experience I ever had. This company charged my insurance 16k for repairs aftewintertime. storm. Once they received my money I stopped hearing from them. The work performed was extremely delayed, low quality, and with cheap materials. Please do your research on this company. Over the past 15 years they have changed names multiple times. They have been robbing houston homeowners for years and need to be boycotted. To this day my kitchen is still not complete and it has been almost 6 months. Thank God my damage was minimal ( small amount of drywall, paint, cabinets, and countertops) and my house is still livable. These people have definitely taught me a good lesson about dealing with shady contractors. Do not spend a dime with this company for fall for their sales pitch."
