"Ray gave me a call while I was in the process of finding an electrician to troubleshoot a wiring problem at our office space. I told him that some of the outlets were working while some of them were temperamental. Ray came to the office with a sense of urgency, and not only checked out the electrical panel, but looked at every individual outlet that was not working. He explained what the problem was in great detail, and was very confident that he could fix the problem, and scheduled for two of his workers to come out the following day to tackle the issue. They were able to fix it in about an hour, and everything is working perfectly now. I immediately asked for a way to give a review, so here I am right now. 10/10!!!"

"We submitted a service request through our AHS home warranty and were assigned to Budget Electric. It was after work hours. It affected our fridge and stove, so AHS put it as expedite/emergency. The next morning we were contacted by BE, and they found us a canceled appointment time for the following morning. In the meantime, I searched BE for reviews and saw quite a few negative reviews, leaving me nervous for our appointment. Based on the service we received, I don't know how they have bad reviews. The women answering my phone calls were very understanding and patient with may many phone calls. Michelle and another woman handled all my questions and concerns. There were a couple of times I wasn't able to reach them, but I'm assuming they were handling other calls or were at a unch break. Although it was an hour outside of our service window, we had an electrician show up soon after. With the storms, I think they're busy and sometimes run a little behind. Michael was the best and completely blew away all concerns as soon as he arrived. He was courteous and positive the entire time. He asked permission for coming inside, opening doors, going into rooms, etc. He patiently explained everything he did. He wasn't annoyed by curiosity or my questions. He was thorough and had diagnosed our problem in less than 5 minutes. Although it ended up being an issue for PG&E to fix, Michael double-checked the circuit breaker and boxes. He replaced a faulty fuse box to ensure no additional issues. After our service was complete, I shared our initial concerns based on previous reviews. Michael was still positive and genuinely courteous. He had positive things to say about Miguel and Abraham as well. He explained they have a high volume of service calls. He didn't make excuses. Without dismissing the other reviews, he said that with the volume of calls they do, there are probably some negative reviews. Although I don't typically leave reviews, I felt it was only fair to give an honest review after reading the negative reviews. Thanks to BE and Michael for service above and beyond!"

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

"We had set a time and date and he came when he said. Replaced the light and took the fixture  to another unit. He discussed
carbon dioxide detecters their value and where to place them. He will do that when he comes next time. (Done  before 6/2014)He removed some extension cords and  lights. He had two other electricans working. He was out of town for a few days but called or e-mailed frquently. He appreciated I had a time frame and worked to meet it. I will call Ike Electric for any electric needs I will have in

"Konstantin was very prompt and professional.  showed up on time as scheduled. He asked me where I wanted to install the interior lights, switches and had them installed within 1 morning. They cleaned up after they completed their work. I was pleased with all of the interior work. With the exterior work he had some junior helpers. They did ok but for the wiring for the landscape lights, they did not bury the low voltage lines as I had requested. They just tucked the lines under some shrubs...which would be a problem when the landscaping service comes to trim shrubs, etc. Interior work was done excellently. Exterior work was done ok.

"Nice job. 65" flat mount above a fireplace. Complex construction behind the wall. Oliver and team successfully hooked up electrical, installed the flat mount for the tv and patched up the wall. Super friendly and helpful."
