Cristian will tell you what work needs to be done, and if you’re not home, will text you photos of what needs to be done. ( wife Home while I was at work) Cristian told me that most service tech aren’t really interested in fixing your appliance, but are more interested in charging you a service fee ($50-$75), then telling you your appliance can’t be repaired, or parts are no longer available.
