"On February 10, Pedro, Carlos, and team did expensive sewer repairs due to several root intrusion and corrosion buildup. After conducting camera inspection, the team replaced the entire/existing Building Sewer Line ( replacing the old underground clay pipe) with a new high density polyethylene piping by means of Trenches Pipe Bursting. It took two days to complete the work, as stated. Finding a trustworthy and reliable plumber is hard to find these days. They are often unreliable, unresponsive, provide generalized explanations of the plumbing issues & solutions. (Often the customers are lost in the plumbing terminology? ) Also some plumbers charge outrageous on-site estimate fees. This WAS NOT the case with my experience with PEDRO and the Sewer Brothers Plumbing team. Sewer Brothers Plumbing are TRUE PROFESSIONALS and did OUTSTANDING WORK to RESOLVE our plumbing issues. They go above and beyond to meet the customers needs. Pedro provided very detailed explanation of the plumbing issues and offered reasonable solutions/pricing. He is customer focused, respectful, patient and follows up. I trusted my instincts on hiring Pedro and Sewer Brothers to resolve my plumbing needs. I had absolutely NO REGRETS! When it came time to do the work, they delivered what was promised and did a GREAT JOB! Please look no further. THEY ARE THE PLUMBERS TO HIRE. "Great service and work from Miguel and team. I would hire them again. What originally was a slow draining sewer line turned into a root infested backup. Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed. He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots. After the dig, the soil and grass was replaced and can hardly tell that any work was done. They also cleaned the dirt/mud on the concrete walk way. Thank you Miguel and team for the great work."
