"New floor tile in 2 bathrooms plus 2 new toilets installed. When old toilet was removed, he put it in the shower in case it leaked. The toilet fell over & broke a tile in the shower but he said he would return to fix it! He never returned, would not answer any texts or phone calls. I was completely satisfied with his work but would not recommend him now since he did not repair his damage."
