"I called just minutes before 10pm and expected to be told I'd have to wait until morning for a plumbing issue. Instead Jake showed up happy, polite and willing to find and solve our issue with in 35 to 40 min. Let me tell you Jake worked on our house for 2 hours solid, determined to fix our problem. Jerry showed up after Jake had been diligently trying everything to offer an extra hand. Both Jerry and Jake then worked an additional hour before finding and fixing our issue. Let me tell you, it was now very close to 2am!!!!!! This customer service, dedication and hard work was appreciated so much! I cannot say enough good things about Jake, Jerry or this company. Very honest, hard working people. Its hard to find this type of buisness nowdays!!!!! If i ever have another issue I will only call and use Liberty Plumbing and Heating. "Do you need your Central AC & Heater maintained before it breaks? Dori is your guy. Do you need an honest guy/AC company who will fix your AC/Heater and get the job done right? Call Dori at (760) 799-7889. When you experience problems with your AC especially in the summer heat, call Dori and he'll make time for you and he'll fix your AC & make your AC problems go away. We hired Dori to repair & maintain our AC/Heater and now we don't have to worry about it breaking down & we have a guy we can call who will show up right away when I experience problems with AC especially when itâ s extremely hot. Lastly, do you need your old/whole central AC / Heater replaced & an AC company who will not charge you an arm & a leg? Look no further, Dori is your guy. Hire him to maintain your AC / Heater. "I cannot rate Blair more highly....they called the day before to say they were coming betw 8:30 and 10:30 and then their technician called today...and showed up on time at 8:39.......he was wonderful .spent an hour working on the AC unit on the roof on one of the Hottest days we have had in Palm Springs..115 Degrees...they honored the discount they had provided on Angies List of $59 for what is normally a $85 16 point Tune Up....and he pointed out a maintenance agreement they provided - I told him I had a home warranty and did not need it..and unlike other AC maintenance people he did not try to pressure me to buy it... I will DEFINITELY use them in the Fall to service the heater!!!"
