"It could not have possibly gone better. The repair was done in no time and the cost was less than quoted. It doesn't get much better than that. I also want to add that somebody apparently was able to log in under my account and gave these people a rating of F and I want to apologize for that. It was not me and I would never give them a negative rating. As a matter of fact I just made an appointment with them to come and repair our washing machine so again I'm sorry for the problem. I have contacted Angie's List and asked them to remove it.
