"My technician arrived at 9:00 am and did not leave my home until 6:00 pm. He installed a new water heater, removed my old water heater and fixed a hot water leak under my home. HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD NOT LEAVE UNTIL ALL THE WORK WAS COMPLETE. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!!!!!!! After the work was complete he performed a complete clean up of his work area. I will need some electrical work done in the future and HARTS will also be doing that work. They are professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable on the work they perform. We had the plastic water intake valve behind the toilet burst and spray water everywhere at 4am. after cleaning up the mess we called Cahill's at about 6:45am and they arrived by 8:30am to fix the valve, which took them like 15 minutes. I asked them about doing all of the valves in the house (16 total) and they agreed to come back at noon to do all of them.
