"It took several months before they got to me, because they are quite busy, but I was not in a big hurry. They did an excellent job; it looks great! They re-used my brick and did a good job of matching the mortar. They removed the whole area around the cracks, cleaned it up, and then re-assembled it. They also redid some brickwork under a downspout and that looks nice as well. They put new molding and lintel around the garage."

"We used them for two jobs. The first was converting our garage into an extra room. We had a tight schedule, but they finished the job on time. The second job was our leaking chimney. They built a frame around the chimney, sealed it, and wrapped in vinyl. We have several more projects planned and will be calling them!"

"We started out using the company for a small interior drywall repair job and were so pleased with the work that we decided to ask for an estimate on painting the exterior of our house as well as some general remodeling (replacing a threshold). <br /> I needed help in choosing a color for our home (it is 50 years old and was an ugly dark brown), and they presented me with several color combinations for the brick, siding and trim. I was able to easily choose from those, and found a beautiful color combination. <br /> Tim Teters explained the steps that he would perform (cleaning and prepping) so that I could understand what he was doing and where he was in the process before we began. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and was clear on what circumstances could affect the estimate (i.e. rotted wood replacement, etc.). The final cost was extremely close to the original estimate, and I was always consulted before any additional work was done and any additional costs incurred-which were minimal. <br /> The crew who worked on our home was professional, polite and knowledgeable. They were punctual, friendly and conscientious and wanted to make sure that we were pleased with the work as it was progressing. They did a beautiful job in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable cost. They kept things cleaned up and uncluttered during the job, and attended to small details to make sure that everything looked the way we wanted. At the end of the job, everything was cleaned up (even the windows sparkled!). <br /> We highly recommend Heritage Painting and Remodeling and intend to use them again for our remodeling and painting needs. <br />"

While all the companies we interviewed had a very good presentation, we decided to go with Bobby Terry company. <br /> We were VERY satisfied with their work. The guys who installed it were all very friendly, professional, clean, didn't smoke (or if they did they never showed it which was a definite plus in my book), answered and explained answers to my questions and always addressed me appropriately and with respect. "I cannot express how easy and wonderful our experience was with Cobalt Roofing and David. Our roof had been damaged during a storm in October 2014. He was present for the insurance inspection and made sure that everything was documented. He also handled the insurance end regarding the cost and making sure we were getting what we needed. <br /> I have never actually use my homeowners insurance, so I was unsure of what to expect. David made the process so simple. He was overly fair priced and gave us multiple upgrades and provided additional services at no cost. He did not require any upfront payment. He was exceptionally professional. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. <br /> The process (with homeowners insurance) takes time, but David was on the job immediately after the insurance approved everything. The men who did the work were efficient, considerate, and hardworking. The roof looks amazing and we are very pleased with the results. <br /> As for the payment process, we did not pay him until after our insurance reimbursement was given to us. He did not pressure or push about anything financial and understood the time frame of using homeowners insurance claims.
