"We contracted with Decatur Jacuzzi Bath for a replacement shower a couple of years ago. On 8/25/2025, a technician, Josh Keith responded to our call and replaced some malfunctioning shower caulking at no charge. He was on time, performed an excellent replacement job in less-than an hour, and stated it was within warranty. We appreciated the prompt response to our problem and the cordial and appreciative attitude while here - kudos to Decatur, Jacuzzi and Josh Keith. "

"What should have been a 2 week project became 6 weeks. Scheduling and personnel problems were evident. Days would go by without any work being done. Tile was done incorrectly, so was removed and redone at Re-Bath's manager's direction. Construction dust was supposed to be contained. At this writing (4-12-15), we are still cleaning up construction dust and debris. Shower glass walls and door were slow to be shipped and installed. One piece of glass was cut or ordered incorrectly, resulting in another weeks delay. <br />"
