Get matched with top clothes washer or dryer repair or service pros in Lacombe, LA

"Extremely professional, efficient and fair pricing. They did work on a house for my tenant, they were excellent with communicating with me to ensure every this was taken care of."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"????? 10/10 Highly Recommend! I had an excellent experience with Trusted Hands, especially with employee JveZ . He was professional, knowledgeable, timely, and did an outstanding job replacing the bellows and hoses on my washer, as well as the duct vent on my dryer. JveZ completed the work successfully and efficiently, and I truly appreciate the quality of service he provided. "Outstanding ! Kevin has painted 4 rooms; repaired and replaced many items inside and outside the house; he is now remodeling my kitchen including tile, lighting fixtures and more. There is nothing he cannot do in my experience. He is very professional and so is his crew - their work is excellent - Kevin is always on time and if a situation does arise he always calls me. I also feel that he is an honest gentleman and I have felt very comfortable leaving the house to run errands. His pricing is very fair and I WILL be using him for anything in the future."

"Extremely satisfied by the overall experience. They showed up right on time on the same day I contacted them. My washer needed servicing, and after what I and they thought would be an easy fix, they found that I had blown the computer's motherboard and it needed replacing. It took them a couple of additional hours to identify the issue. They advised me that it was cost efficient to replace the motherboard on the washer because the stacked washer and dryer I own is worth the repair. They also informed me that because they had not effectively fixed the washer that I would not incur any additional costs to the repair when they returned to replace the motherboard. Significant to note is that they spent more time than I expected because they were very keen on making sure my appliance worked. I am a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army. It was so wonderful to see that good old fashion American service is still around. These guys have an admirable work ethic. They are honest and know their craft. Additionally, I own a double oven Thermador with a microwave that needs fixing. Rogue Appliance is looking to see how to fix the appliance and have taken it as a personal challenge to fix it for me. Like finding a good mechanic, these guys are very good. From now on, they are my go to guys for any and all appliance repairs in my home."

"I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it. This hood was damaged during Katrina (12 years ago) & Ive had several companies out to look/repair and nobody was able to diagnose problem. Now I have my hood back! Repaired two ceiling fans that I'd been told to junk, repaired a pendant light wired incorrectly by another contractor, and even replaced some light bulbs in my 12-foot ceiling-ed rooms! Excellent service, very fair pricing, good responsiveness, and just all-around nicefolks. I HIGHLY recommend!"
