"I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Andy and how thrilled I am with the finished result in my kitchen. I collected a number of recommendations from friends for other contractors, whom I met with - but, I am so glad I went with Andy. From the start, his communication was exceptional. He gave me a very realistic (and ultimately accurate) timeline and I always knew exactly who was going to be working in my house on what days. No surprises what-so-ever, and when there were some minor unexpected plumbing issues once he opened the walls, Andy set up a time to discuss options with me and presented me with multiple solutions depending on my preferences and budget. There are SO many decision to be made for a large project like this, and as a first time homeowner, I was a bit overwhelmed at first - but Andy did an incredible job guiding me to quality suppliers for materials and helping me through the process all along the way. I never hesitated to ask if I had a question and Andy always took the time to respond and explain things in a way I could understand. Andy did a lot of the work himself, but his sub-contractors were also superb. Despite the fact that my kitchen was completely torn up, the house stayed surprisingly clean, they always left the site in great condition at the end of the day and were very respectful of my time and space. Even though the job was completed a few months ago, Andy has stayed available to me as I have had one or two silly little questions come up - he's been quick to respond and make sure I am satisfied and have the information I need. Andy's pricing and estimate upfront was clear and straight-forward and again, no surprises or anything questionable on that. Very fair cost for the quality of work and professionalism. I will be doing additional work (bathroom remodeling) in the next few years and would not go with anyone else besides Andy & Scott's Home Renewal. "Colton from Smith Remodel and Construction was amazing! Leading out to our sun room, we had an old slider door that we wanted to replace with new glass french doors and Colton did an outstanding job! Our older home created some challenges due to the custom sized door opening, but Colton went above and beyond to make it look great! He even took the time to create a custom threshold that transitioned the floor from tile to carpet! They cleaned up the site very well once the job was done and even vacuumed out our garage which he used as a work area. I would HIGHLY recommend Smith Remodel and Construction! Cleanup was so thorough that the next day you wouldn't even know that such a major project had taken place. Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. "I LOVE LOVE LOVE DDS Plumbing. I have hired them for service calls 4 times now. I had a high level of concern about both the cost and level of destruction needed to fix the leaking water pipe in the ceiling of my finished basement. Scott from DDS Plumbing was able to repair it by cutting only two small holes in the ceiling, through which he was able to find and fix the leaking pipe. He also went through a troubleshooting process with a shower faucet in a guest bathroom that was only producing scalding hot water in a way that minimized the cost and impact to me. I feel like another plumber would have jumped to a easier and more costly fix of replacing the entire faucet, but Scott took his time to diagnose an issue with the pressure balance in the cartridge, which resulting in a less expensive and impacting way to the fix the problem. I really appreciate the professionalism, quality of work, and fair cost of service that DDS Plumbing has. This is a company with a lot of integrity, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody needing plumbing services!"
