Basil managed the project, Angus did the estimate, and Jacob did all the on-site work. I went looking for someone to do a time-sensitive kitchen remodel rewire after another company put us off two weeks - for a 2nd time (no hard feelings, we just needed to get it done). Basil had Angus out for an estimate the next morning. He help us with what would work with our project budget. Within a couple of days, Jacob had everything completed except the trim-out. Later, after we finished our drywall work, I called on a Wednesday, and Jacob came back and finished up the next Monday. He worked with me on getting all the details right (switch and outlet choices, etc) and explaining background information (each circuit by code needed 20a breaker, which old lines to be disconnected, etc).
