"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"We have an all tile in ground spa.  We had it re-grouted a year ago and it had not leaked since then,  but started losing a lot of water each day.  I called BRN Services Inc.in the morning.  They were going to a job in our area and said they would stop to look at it on the way.  It turned out we had actually used them before quite a few years ago.  They were at our house within the hour and found the leak and repaired it.  So far it hasn't leaked since then.  They only wanted $20 for the job but I gave them a bit more.  Billie Nunn was so responsive and helpful.  He also gave me the name of someone we could call to re-grout the spa again.  Unfortunately the person we found on Angie's list did a terrible job, he was supposed to have fixed the area that started leaking and obviously did not complete the job properly.  I will be sure to keep BRN Services Inc. card for future repairs!
