"Fantastic, I was so pleased to get an estimate half the price of 2 different contractors selling for Jacuzzi-one day shower remodels, and jacuzzi was only redoing the shower walls, pan and grab bars only. King’s Remodeling and Restoration did my whole bathroom to include a shower door, shower seat, knitch, took out a drop ceiling and tiled porcelain tile to the ceiling, put in mosaic matted tile for the shower floor, put in new vanity and replaced bathroom floor with LVT. They also replaced the trim and painted the bathroom. It looks great! Very happy with the professionalism of the staff and the abilities of the staff, especially their Tiler- Chris H. I am having King’s back to do flooring for me and to redo my second bathroom. I recommend King’s Remodeling and Restoration Very highly. "Where do I start? Danny and his team are total professionals! He is responsive, takes his time in answering all your questions and does an incredible job! I went wall paper crazy and after realizing I went in over my head budget wise, Danny was willing to work with me and come back every time I was able to buy wallpaper for different rooms in my house. Although his schedule is usually booked he made sure to fit me in somehow. Not only do they do great work but the fact that they are honest and professional makes their service all the better! After I had found Danny at Picture Perfect I was informed by my management sales representative that his team also installed the wallpaper in the model homes in our community. No wonder why I went wall paper crazy...he did such an amazing job I needed my home to look like the model and it definitely does! "We have used this contractor several times in the past and his service has recently been declining. This last time we were really disappointed. He quoted a price for the above work and completed about 75% of it. We paid him in full and then he did not come back. When we asked him when he was planning on finishing the work he was unresponsive. When we finally got in touch with him he said he was booked up for the next week and wouldn't be able to finish the work.  (He left a room unpainted, caulking incomplete, paint tape and tools out, and didn't power wash a door. We also had paint splatters from some painting that he did complete on a darker colored wall.) As I said before, he was usually very professional so this time we were disappointed. <br />"

From the very first, Joe was consistently responsive- showing up with very little notice on a Saturday and patching our initial roofing problem at no cost the same day. It spoke to Joe's integrity and I knew we had found the right contractor for the job. Joe was able to bring in a roofer, and a contractor who did an incredible job with the drywall. Everyone was on time and worked within a more than reasonable budget. All in all, our young family is grateful to Joe for bringing some normalcy back into our lives."
