He came right away but he flushed the toilet to unclog it and it overflew everywhere made a big mess and left very quietly.I thought he?s working in the bathroom when I went there's no one there and huge mess. When I texted him he said it was a big problem and I am going to charge you 6 times more which we agreed on. He didn?t even have audacity to explain and ask for more money. Never going to use this company again !! "

"Pat Farrell and his crew came through for us once again. (They did a new full basement bathroom previously.) This time we had a hole in the copper pipe leading to the sewage line which led to replacing the deteriating cast iron line from the house to the septic tank, which led to the deteriating line from the septic tank to the distribution box (D-box), which led to the replacement of the crumbling D-box. Our house was built in 1963 and we assume the septic system is original to the house. Although, the work required 3 days to complete, with a weekend in between) they saw to it we could use the bathroom overnights, so we were inconvenienced very little. Pat and his crew worked very hard and professionally. They do very neat skilled work. They left our property cleaned up and re-seeded. And best of all the cost was very reasonable for such a big job. Whenever we need a plumber in the future it will Farrell Plumbing we call."

"writer called service on Sunday evening, July 22,2018, after flooding rains to replace a sump pump. Work not completed. There was a $200.00 charge for coming out on a weekend. The total cost would be $900.00 plus 4% for using my credit card. I paid $200.00 for company coming out. I bought a good quality sump pump for $160.00 and a friend installed the pump readily the next day."
