Luckily it was a simple fix, no parts needed (a spider had built it's web in there), so the whole repair was covered under the $89 service fee. Dylan was respectful of me and of my home. He explained what needed to be done and offered to do it. He made no attempt to "upsell' us on anything. He stayed until the project was completed to our satisfaction.
