At one point he told us we could probably go another 3-5 years with the current system, but since my dad only has so many years left we told he to go ahead and install a whole new system in. "precision is the best. i've been working with them for about 2 years and i've always had a wonderful experience. they do their best to save me money and all of their employees are knowledgeable in their fields. most recently, i had them come and replace a toilet. the plumber was running late from a crazy call right before me and the dispatch called to let me know and ask if it was ok if she came to replace the toilet closer to 6pm which, obviously, i didn't care. the plumber was so great, she was here until almost 8pm and still cheery, happy to tell me what was going on, and happy to explain every facet of her craft i asked about. of course, every turn of the toilet replacement had a complication but she gave me options, ran to the truck multiple times, and always had a working solution. i've had a lot of great plumbers from precision but Katie was the best so far. please, precision, give that girl a raise! dispatch is always quick to schedule my appointment (most recently, i called on wednesday morning, they had Katie at my place wednesday afternoon, she was able to replace the toilet thursday evening) and communicate any complications or delays, the plumbers and technicians always call when they're about ~20 minutes away, they have been at the beginning of the window they say (2pm-5pm, they're almost always here by 2), and, on top of being great at their jobs, every technician is very kind and always happy to explain what's going on. i will always work with precision. keep up the great work!"

"These are different times with the virus. Because of my age I have to be careful. And so it's important to say that DMC followed all protocols without prompting, with masking, social distancing, and was even careful to contact no surfaces unnecessarily, and so was very professional and courteous with these not-so-pleasant issues. But to back up a bit, knowledgeable diagnosis of the problem began with the initial phone call. Experience counts, and the diagnosis was confirmed quickly upon arrival. Tests were done in front of me, and the problem explained clearly. I had called in early morning, and was scheduled in, despite three other jobs planned for Les (the tech) ahead of mine. He arrived in the first fifteen minutes of his predicted time-window, and his work, despite challenges described below, was as efficient as his predicted arrival, The job was complicated first by the furnace not being installed in its most conventional and accessible way, and second, even though he would have made the replacement with a universal motor to save cost, the particular furnace required its specific part only. This said, he knew exactly where the nearest distributor was, and retrieved the necessary replacement quickly. Despite the difficulty of the disassemble/installation and having to retrieve and use only the specific replacement, his price point was well within researched averages, This was a great comfort, and another reason to leave this highest possible review for a top-flight service company. Based on such, DMC will be the first company I call for any further a/c or heating concerns. Thanks!"
