"New Leaf Construction, LLC, did an amazing job adding a family room to our unfinished basement. Josh and Shannon were respectful and friendly, punctual and timely, and (best of all) were within budget! The room was previously a DIY nightmare (previous homeowner), constructed of pallets and recycled construction materials. Josh and Shannon transformed the space into the most endearing part of the house. The recommendations of the floor type (tile, in the event of moisture), the color offsets (two-tones to make the room "pop"), the lighting (dimmable drop lights), and I can't forget the coup de grâce, the wrap-around, circular bar with the glass-block entrance. I had an excellent experience and recommend New Leaf Construction, LLC, to everyone!"

"Every phase of the project went smoothly and professioally. . FSBD provided a 3-D rendering of the project and then once we agreed upon size and color, they handles all the parperwork with both our HOA and the county. Contruction went without a hitch and at the end of every day, the crew cleaned up the worksite and made certain we knew was was planed for the new day. Upon completion, there was an issue with 2 of the boards not matching the exact color of the others. FSBD immediately contacted Timbertech and arranged for 2 new boards to be shipped which they installed the day after the replacements arrived. We also contracted for a front step handrail which matches our house perfectly and provides added safety to our home. Since then many of our neighbors have stopped by to see the deck and have also chosen FSBD to build decks for them. All have said the projects are going as planned and they all are equally satisfied with FSBD"

"We worked directly with Steve from Executive to design and build an addition to our home He offered great ideas to come in on budget and was able to provide guidance, which was great because we really had no idea what we wanted other then a family room. Every one who worked on the project was courteous and respectful, with the exception of one landscaper who used our backyard as a toilet... but we can let that one slide. Steve was very responsive to my questions through the project. He was very respectful of our time, getting in and out as soon as possible. With twins on the way, we needed this to go smoothly and it did, exceeding our expectations."
