"Suddenly I had a weird problem in my home where some outlets and switches on a circuit were working and some not, and needed an electrician right away. I called several based on their Angies List reviews. John answered my call, and gave me an approximate time when he could be here. He called later to give me an update on his arrival time. Upon arrival, John proceeded to diagnose the problem. He provided me the pricing in advance. He spent quite a bit of time diagnosing, pointing out some other things, tightening up some other connections, etc. He found the problem and fixed the wiring in the box, and explained to me what was wrong. "Everything went well. Some of the outlets and switches connected to one of the new breakers went out but the breaker did not trip. After awhile the power to those outlets and switches suddenly came back on. Jordan came back out to inspect. The wiring in most of the house is very old and he explained and showed me the differences. He gave me an Amprobe and explained to me how to troubleshoot should the power go out again without the breaker tripping. This will narrow down and possibly identify where the chain is breaking in the power."
