He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22. "Peter was pleasant and clean in body and in work - he removed his shoes before coming in the house each time he went in or out. He was a half hour late arriving but he did call to let us know. I rated him low on the money scale because he was here ten minutes and fixed the problem however, his price was $100 for the call regardless so I couldn t argue but because I am a senior I thought he may have given me a break as he was here for so short a time.
