The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business. "The lady answering the phone sounded not very professional. There was excessive background noise from what sounded like a party. She took my basic info and anticipated having service to me in about half an hour. One hour later, I called for an update and got an answering machine. Asked for an update. Servicing plumber, Jonathan, called to say he was on the way. One hour later, I called his cell. He had been delayed by last work. Once he arrived, he quickly saw what needed to be done, went to Home Depot to get the parts, and quickly and professionally replaced both the hot and cold inlet pipes, as I asked. Very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Pricing was probably average, but was right on his estimate."

I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. "I cannot say enough good things about them.  Extremely responsive, courteous  and professional.  Took great care in wrapping the furniture and in moving it into the house (made sure it didn't scratch the walls or the floors).  Were extremely patient with us when we changed our minds with the the placement of some of the furniture (moved couches from one room to another and back again).  We also had some challenging reassembling issues that they handled no problem.
