"The experience with Randy was fantastic. I had reached out to few places, most did not respond, Randy called me back within literally 30 minutes or less. He was able to come to the house same day and take care of the issue. He was in constant communication, explaining ( in some cases was really teaching), what the issue was and how he was fixing it. So what they offered at that time was anyone you referred to if they chose to use their service, you have $500 cash payment which was really nice because half of our neighbors and our family members used them.
