"Anton was easy to work with. Sent email on a Sunday. He called in five minutes and came that afternoon to look at the job. Replaced baseboard in four bedrooms and repaired a hole in the ceiling. All work was completed in two days starting that Monday. The carpenter that did the baseboards (I think his name is John) was great, neat and did a wonderful job. I will definately call Anton again. "Let’s start with his customer service being out of this world. Hands down the friendliest and easiest person to work with when getting home renovations. He built a beautiful set of stairs in front my house and I would 1000% have him and his team work on any future projects I plan to have in my home. Told them what I wanted and did it seamlessly!!"

"He does an outstanding job and works with all the customers needs"

"Very friendly and prompt. Would hire again."

"We recently had central air installed and needed to get rid of the former through the wall air conditioning units. When we first contacted Tom, he said he was booked through October, but he would come out and give us a quote. We made the appointment for the quote and he came as promised, looked at the work to be done and said he'd be able to do everything from AC removal to patching and final paint. He worked up a quote and e-mailed it to us within 24 hours. As we were not expecting the work to be done until mid-October, it was a pleasant surprise to hear from him in late September asking if it was a good time to start the job. He was very prompt and showed up when he said he would. He was also very meticulous about his work, cleaning up the work areas each day and hauled away the old AC units for us. The work was completed over the course of a week as he applied several layers of spackle which needed to dry fully before further application or paint. The walls look fantastic and you would't know that we used to have AC units as his work was seamless. We also had a small drywall repair job that we added when Tom arrived and he took care of it for us without additional charge. We plan to hire him again for future projects in our house and will recommend him to others."

"I have never been so pleased!!! Alberto and his crew were hands-down the most responsive, skilled and dedicated workers I have ever had the honor of hiring. My 1877 house has all-plaster walls and this room had major cracks across the walls and ceiling (see BEFORE photos). I had three bids, and Alberto was the only one who really knew how to handle the job. One guy wanted to sheetrock over the ceiling, another was going to treat it like sheet rock with taping and joint compound and another just said he'd spackle. Alberto knew just what to do to repair it and I knew he knew because an old friend of mine had done the same approach years ago on some cracks in a different room. It took three days just to prep and repair the walls and ceiling. Once they moved on to painting, this too was complicated because I had three different colors and molding and trim work. I couldn't believe how smooth my walls and ceiling were and how gorgeous my bookcase looked (see AFTER photos). I also added a hallway because I was so pleased with what they were doing I didn't want them to leave. Besides the exceptional quality of the workmanship, I have to comment now on the fact that they cleaned up each day and showed up when they said they would. What put me over the roof was the fact that Alberto said they would come on a Saturday because he wanted to get the job done by Tuesday (and I had added more work). Saturday was a major snow storm. I live on a big hill that wasn't even plowed but sure enough Alberto and his crew showed up in a four-wheel vehicle to get the job done. I already am planning my next painting project for them. I have had a lot of workers doing many jobs on my house over the years and Alberto is the ONLY one I have ever been fully satisfied with. I confidently and highly recommend them."

"Jose & Sammy were terrific. I watched to see how they were going to handle power washing the pool deck and patio with the massive amount of furniture on them. But they patiently carried every single piece to the driveway, lined them up and began power washing every piece. The furniture was cleaner than it has been since it was new. The power wash buffer they used on the concrete deck, patio and pavers did an amazing job, with minimal mess. The end result was again amazing. I hadn't seen the concrete that bright since the first year we opened the pool. They continued to do the front deck, the white railings, the front paver walkway and finished the job by power washing the entire house. They worked non-stop to complete this project in one day. I addition, Jose made some small repairs to the siding on the house and both he & Sammy carried a huge box with a fire pit to be assembled from the garage to the pool deck. I was in a time crunch to get this project done before the weekend. i called their office and Alan, the owner, cam to my house within an hour and gave me an estimate. I signed the contract via email that night and the work began the following day and was completed that evening. A great job by everyone involved. The price may have been a touch on the heavy side but I told Alan that I needed it done right away and he delivered, so you need to pay for that. I would highly recommend Westside to anyone based on this experience.

"After meeting several companies and based on reviews we awarded the project to Remodeling Concepts. The construction began within the discussed time frame and moved quickly. The workers protected floors and cleaned daily. We were updated for the most part daily. Derek personally was on site often often. The Project went a bit longer than discussed however we are extremely pleased with the finished project. Would hire again and recommend."
