"Excellent professional service. The two technicians took care placing multiple long rods into the soil on two sides of my house where Casey (owner of Camrock) had previously found during his initial evaluation very loose soil before he gave me a very fair estimate. A two part polyurethane solution was pumped into the hollow rods to expand and fill voids. I was impressed with the laser level that the team used to precisely control ground reactions. I initially thought I may have had a sink hole though Casey’s ground probing and years of experience felt the issue was loose soil from years of water drainage off the roof. I’m very impressed with Camrock Foundations."

"I noticed a crack that started in my living room and continued into one of the bedrooms. The bedroom floor was sinking away from the wall. I did research and found Poly Lift USA. I contacted the office and spoke with the receptionist. She was very polite and was able to answer a few questions I had. She scheduled me for an estimate that very week. The manager came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all of the questions I had. I received the estimate later that day via email and was able to accept it on the spot. The next day, I received a call from their office to schedule my project the following week as well as an email reminder. Their crew arrived on time and started to work almost immediately. I contacted concrete companies for repair estimates, as well as Sam, owner of Slab Fix. Sam was the only person who detailed several issues going on, and presented an approach to the repairs that made sense. All for far less than the concrete companies. Sam is a perfectionist and wastes no time at all. Although certain areas of the sidewalk and driveway presented difficulty in leveling, Sam was patient and diligent in his work. "Great. I was very happy with the work, I saw an immediate change in my floors. I own a 1920s home built on a crawl space, over time the floors have started to sag, and the support beams were no longer sufficient. I was having a really hard time finding someone to do this kind of work and the one other quote I received was 3 times more than Stable Solutions. The work took about a day and a half and honestly it was quick and painless, I barely heard any noise and minimal internal damage considering the scope of the work being done. Travis and his team were prompt, efficient and responsive to all my concerns and questions. The squeaking in the floors lessened, it felt more stable in the areas we needed support and the sagging portions of the floors were instantly lifted and stabilized. "My experience with Rodney Johnson was a good one. He was friendly and responsive to my request at the beginning. He was very flexible with my changes. The workmen that came for each portion of the job were extremely hardworking. I did have to stay on top of the various jobs and pay close attention. For example, I noticed that the cleaned and sealed pavers did not have any sheen to them. I had them re-sealed for an extra cost. I discovered the paving crew had cut out a four foot section of my drain tile, but never told me. I also later discovered my sprinkler system had been cut, but I was never informed about it. The pavers themselves looked great! Only one 7and quot; x 8and quot; place where they concreted around a drain that I saw as an ankle breaking potential. I will never again be able to access this drain. I was short changed on the mulch job, because when they came to deliver it, I had another workmen putting down curbing from a different company. SInce the curbing was wet, they removed the sod, but did not leave the majority of the mulch I paid for. It was only because I personally took out 4 bags of mulch that they left in a wheel barrow in me neighbor's yard, that I had any to lay down. I did inform Rodney about this. There are two things that I am really saddened by. 1) Rodney never saw it as important to stop by to check on the workmanship of his crew and to make sure his customer was happy with the job. 2) Rodney has not responded to my phone call to correct one of the gates that is resting on top of the pavers with little room to spare. All in all, I was pleased with the workmanship and the outcome. I would love to give Accurate Pavers an and quot;Aand quot; rating, but cannot at this time. <br />"
