He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. "Great work, at some point we had 10 or more workers inside and outside the house, at some point we flew to Switzerland so we weren't there for 2 weeks, basically this was a full remodel, the wooden floors, we did the whole house, a new kitchen, new livingroom, all the windows, tank-less water heater, outlets for our European (Miele) washer/drier, a vent for our kitchen for also a Miele vent, new copper plumbing, new bathrooms, showers etc etc.  This house went from being a dilapidated old house to a like new place. 
MS also put in 2 new A/C's, one for upstairs, one for downstairs, a humidifier in the A/C, helped us fumigate the house for MUCH cheaper ($1000 vs $3000 or more we were offered) so a tent went over the house for the whole weekend; just the bathroom alone, would have cost us close to $40K somewhere else, they did for $5000 as part of the whole thing.
