"Mike arrived about 8:05a. Removed panelling under cabinets until he found the leak at T where sink drained into main pipe. Mike also had additional task of fighting some ants that made a nest around the pipe. He cut out old cast iron T's and some of the drain pipe to replace with PVC. Work took approx 5.5 hours. He did have to wait for some mortar material for clean out since old cast iron clean out much larger than PVC cleanout. He swept up after work completed.
